Issues are identified from using the Site Inspection App and are extracted from the report to create individual issues for resolution by your assigned contractor. This is a straight-forward app to show an identified issue / snag / defect and the fix undertaken.
Each issue includes a marked up floorplan showing the location, photos of the issues, and details as entered by the site engineer / inspector.
The contractor can then address each issue and you can see, in real time, which issues have been resolved. This system increases the speed and improves clarity around issue close-out.
