You can assign external parties as Monitors to allow a view of work progress on a project.

Monitors can view all work in progress within a specific Work Package, view the details and access finalised reports for that piece of work. They are not able to edit any details.

They can also view the marked up floorplans.

Staff members can be assigned as approvers for specific types of work.

Once approved the details and finalised reports for that piece of work can be accessed but not edited.

Staff can be assigned into a different role that suits the project and be removed just as easily once they’re finished!
